EF_1STCLASS	for 1^st class despatch	£4.99 Recorded Delivery must be signed for
EF_1STTRACKED	for 1^st class despatch	£5.99 Recorded Delivery must be signed for
EF_SPECDELND	Special Next day delivery	£9.49 Recorded Delivery must be signed for

for 1^st class despatch; this is not a guaranteed next working day service, but 96% of deliveries are next working day. This cannot be tracked online neither is it insured. You must wait 10 days to approach us to claim against a non-delivery, we will then approach the Royal Mail to lodge a claim

for 1^st class despatch; this is a 2 -3 day service, but 96% of deliveries are next working day. This can be tracked online and is insured*

Special delivery; for a guaranteed next working day by 1pm service to 99% of the UK. This can be tracked online, with electronic POD and is insured up to £2,500*. Please note when using this service on a Friday for a Saturday delivery that orders need to be with us by 3pm.
